Purchasing Officer

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Officer to join our team. In this role, you'll help secure quality products at good prices, keep everything running smoothly, and ensure records are spot-on. The ideal person is someone who can handle a fast-paced environment, communicate well, and work closely with different teams to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to meet the company's needs.
  • Get competitive pricing and make sure products meet quality standards.
  • Compare quotes, specs, and supplier terms to make smart purchasing decisions.
  • Track orders to ensure they're delivered on time and match the requested specs.
  • Keep an eye on supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Good at negotiating and building strong supplier relationships.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Should be open to working at our office in Marcos Highway, Antipolo City.
