The Clerk at Alpha IVF Manila Inc. plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth administrative and financial operations while delivering excellent customer service. This position involves handling customer transactions, managing appointment registrations, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with daily office tasks.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Payment Processing & Transaction Management
Receive payments from customers through cash, cheque, credit cards, vouchers, or online transfers. Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers accurately. Ensure accurate handling of all transactions and maintain financial integrity.
- Customer Service & Appointment Assistance
Greet customers, assist with appointment scheduling, and address any registration or customer inquiries. Provide information on policies and procedures while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Cash Management & Record Keeping
Count money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts, ensuring accuracy and availability of change. Keep detailed records of all transactions for proper documentation.
- Maintenance of Checkout Area
Ensure the checkout areas are clean, organized, and welcoming. Maintain a tidy environment to provide a pleasant customer experience.
- Customer Interaction & Support
Be polite and attentive to customers at all times. Direct customers to appropriate departments for further assistance when needed and provide helpful solutions to queries.
- Team Collaboration & Flexibility
Assist colleagues with tasks across departments and cover duties during absences. Undertake special assignments or ad-hoc tasks as required.
