Shipping Clerk (Freight Forwarding)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Shipping Clerk Coordinator to handle and process import shipments for clients. The role focuses on providing logistics and customer service support not managing our own imports, but assisting clients with their import requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor import shipments for clients.
  • Handle documentation, customs coordination, and delivery updates.
  • Communicate with shipping lines, brokers, and clients for smooth transactions.
  • Ensure timely release and delivery of shipments.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide excellent client service.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Logistics, Customs Administration, or related field.
  • With experience in freight forwarding or import/export operations.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
