Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain
    dashboards
    to monitor
    Brazil's key business metrics and KPIs
  • Analyze
    P&L
    , user behavior, retention trends, and monetization modelsr
  • Evaluate marketing, CRM, acquisition campaigns, and product
    ROI
    across timeframes
  • Investigate anomalies in data and assess potential risks or performance shifts
  • Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports with executive-ready insights
  • Lead weekly and monthly operations analysis meetings to align cross-functional strategies
  • Coordinate data accuracy and sharing between Brazil and Manila-based teams
  • Build business forecasting models and simulate financial impact of proposed strategies
  • Mentor junior analysts and foster structured, strategic thinking within the team
  • Ensure data usage and reporting comply with data governance and regional regulatory frameworks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in
    Finance, Business, Data Science
    , or related fields
  • Minimum of 8 years in business analysis, financial planning, or performance strategy roles
  • Proficient in
    Excel, Power BI, SQL, and forecasting/visualization tools
  • Experience in the
    iGaming, digital entertainment, or tech platform
    sectors is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior/executive stakeholders
  • Fluent in
    English; Portuguese and Chinese
    proficiency is a plus
  • Capable of handling multiple projects and simplifying complex data into actionable insights
  • Must be able to multi-task and interpret large data sets with clarity
