Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST

Rate: $1,000 AUD/month (paid bi-monthly)

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative DMA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, solid time management skills, and the ability to adapt creative assets across multiple social and digital advertising formats. This role combines hands-on creative production with basic ad operations tasks to ensure our campaigns are executed efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design ad creatives from supplied briefs, including both new designs and resizes.
  • Format and adapt video and static ads for multiple placements (e.g., Stories, Reels, YouTube, TV/landscape).
  • Resize creatives using Canva, CapCut, and Creatopy in line with safe zone guides and platform requirements.
  • Perform manual Instagram boost switchovers in Meta Ads Manager according to set schedules.
  • Refresh CRM lists monthly/quarterly across advertising platforms (downloading from Mailchimp/Klavyo/client exports and uploading to Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Follow detailed creative briefs and adhere to deadlines for asset delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with the team via Asana to manage tasks and timelines.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Canva and CapCut.
  • Strong graphic design and layout skills for creating original ad designs (not just resizing).
  • Familiarity with social ad placement formats such as Reels, Stories, and Feed.
  • Experience using Facebook/Meta Ads Manager and an understanding of basic ad operations (e.g., CRM list management, audience updates).
  • Experience or willingness to learn Creatopy.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Willingness to learn additional platform workflows (TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other programmatic platforms).
  • Ensure a link to your portfolio is included on your resume.
