Role Description

A full-time role for an IT Systems and Security Engineer role in Makati responsible for a range of critical functions, including security framework compliance, the creation and enforcement of policies, and the automation of user lifecycle management. Additional duties cover comprehensive asset and device management, as well as providing foundational network and hardware troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Handle asset, user lifecycle, and identity access management
  • Address any network or hardware-related concerns
  • Create and maintain documentation such as procedures, guides, and incident reports
  • Assist in IT-related audits

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Experience with information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR and implementation thereof is an advantage
  • Experience in Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) is an advantage
  • With 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the IT field
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
