Provide technical support, maintain hardware and software systems, and assist in the implementation of IT solutions that support daily operations. Also, to ensure the smooth functioning of network infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with vendors or service providers when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or a related field.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of IT experience in the hospitality/hotel industry or the equivalent
  • Programming/scripting experience (e.g., Python, PHP, JavaScript, SQL)
  • Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS, POS, PABX, CCTV, access control, Wi-Fi)
  • Good understanding and hands-on experience in networking (LAN/WAN, VLANs, firewalls)
  • Strong in problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required by hotel operations
  • Can facilitate training programs, workshops, or seminars
  • Experience with API integrations and automation tools
  • Exposure to cloud-based hospitality platforms
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations relevant to hospitality
  • Experience in developing training materials and documentation
  • Amenable to travel to different provinces and full on-site
  • Willing to be based in Makati City

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support core hotel systems (PMS, POS, PABX, Key Cards, CCTV, Wi-Fi) and other Tech Stacks.
  • Provide first-level support for all IT-related issues for staff and guests.
  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, Wi-Fi systems, and hardware/software.
  • Ensure security protocols, backup routines, and data privacy compliance.
  • Assist in the development and customization of internal tools, reports, or automation scripts to improve workflows.
  • Support API integrations between hospitality systems (e.g., PMS + CRM, POS + accounting).
  • Conduct training to end user.
