Position: HR Assistant

Monthly Salary: Php20,000.00-Php30,000.00

Silver Goose 8 (SG8) International Inc., established in 2006, is a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming software company operating as a PIGO (Philippine Inland Gaming Operator). Our specialties include online casino games, poker, keno, lottery, and sports betting. We are different from POGO operators.

Job Responsibilities

Ø Update Government Documents such as Business Permits, Office Permits and Building Permits.

Ø Monitor and process monthly billings.

Ø Processing of employee benefits documents. (SSS, PAG-IBIG, Phil Health and HMO)

Ø Handle office stocks replenishment, office and pantry supplies.

Ø Facilitate on the sourcing of potential applicants on sites/job Street, Indeed and other Job posting platforms.

Ø Facilitates job offer and monitors completion of pre-employment requirements.

Ø Facilitate New Employee Orientations (NEO).

Ø Handle Timekeeping and monthly Payroll period.

Ø Provides Administrative support to ensure efficient operation in the office.

Ø Carries out administrative duties such as filing, scanning etc.

Ø Supports team by performing tasks related to organization.

Ø Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Qualifications:

Ø Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management.

Ø Required Language: English

Ø At least 1 year experience in Human Resource Tasks/ Admin.

Ø Applicant must be willing to work on site (Mandaluyong)

Additional Information

Position Level: At least 1 year experience in Human Resource/ Admin.

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree Holder

Specialization: handle tasks across various HR domains and Admin

Employment Type: Full Time

Dress code: Casual Attire/ Simple (no need to wear formal/office attire)

Work Schedule: Weekdays 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
