About the RoleThe Senior Account Manager serves as the key point of contact for day-to-day management as well asdevelopment, implementation, and execution of marketing campaigns for current and new clients. The position will be responsible for assisting with the conceptualization, implementation, and management ofclient campaigns, coordinating client activities and liaison with other team members of the agency in order toexceed client expectations.

What You'll DoACCOUNT MANAGEMENT and OPERATIONS (70%)Handles day to day administration of accounts in coordination with the Project Manager (contactreports, cost estimates, records management) under the direct supervision of an AccountDirector/Sr. Account Director; Ensures timeliness execution of work

Understands customers' requirements in functional as well as business aspects to qualify and closeany sales opportunities

Generate campaign/project proposals, pricing as well

Maintains relationship with key individuals (project owners) at middle management levels of clientorganization

Develops a thorough understanding of brands

Supports xx clients dependent on revenue size and project complexity

Ensures seamless execution of client campaigns, prioritizes resources and keeps AccountDirector/Sr. Account Director and other groups well informed of progress and changes

Participates in interactive strategy development with the Strategy TeamManages customer satisfaction evaluation process and achieve 90% satisfaction rating

Adheres to company guidelines such as timely completion of time sheets, accurate revenueforecasts, and achieving average utilization of 90% or better.DOCUMENT OWNERSHIP (30%)Support creation of Job Orders and support generation of cost estimates

Oversees the timely production of clear, concise written documentation for project deliverables

Ensures timely documentation of contact reports

What You'll NeedGeneral degree holder with at least 4 years of work experience in a similar capacity or equivalentexperience
