Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand objectives
  • Plan and manage execution of seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  • Oversee store layout planning, zoning, and display set-ups to maximize retail space

Branding & Design

  • Maintain consistency with brand identity through branding and graphic design initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to brand and display guidelines across all store locations
  • Design impactful in-store visuals and displays that enhance customer experience

Store Presentation

  • Lead visual presentation of all stores to ensure high standards of aesthetics and compliance
  • Plan and execute store layout adjustments based on product movement and store traffic

Retail Space & Display Planning

  • Optimize retail space through effective display planning and visual storytelling
  • Analyze customer flow and product placement to drive sales performance

People & Team Management

  • Manage and lead the VM team in all their functions
  • 3-5 years of team management experience is required for leading visual merchandising functions effectively
  • Conduct VM training and workshops for team development and store staff
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to ensure consistent performance and growth

Budget & Resource Management

  • Plan and monitor department budgets for VM materials, campaigns, and resources
  • Evaluate and approve VM spending to ensure cost efficiency
  • General Monthly / Weekly / Daily Activity

JOB SPECIFICATION (Minimum Requirements):

  • Candidates must have 5-7 years of visual merchandising experience to meet the minimum requirements for this position
  • Multi-store retail industry experience is essential for understanding complex retail operations
  • A Bachelor's degree is required as the minimum educational qualification for this role
  • Extensive travel commitment of 60%+ is expected for regular store visits and strategy implementation across multiple locations
