  • Responsible for sourcing of suppliers for the equipment and maintenance of supplies for school, hospital, and affiliates.
  • Canvasses suppliers for the requested items; communicates with the supplier for quotations of items/services requested;
  • Confirms and validates suppliers
  • Compares prices and specifications in order to determine the best bid among suppliers;
  • Ensure that the products and supplies are of high quality; and
  • Submit report to Sourcing and Accreditation Supervisor for proposed suppliers.
  • Checks and analyzes deals and discount based on monthly consumption.
  • Endorsement of list of accredited suppliers for the requested items to purchasing section.
  • Prepares and ensures updated list of suppliers and contact details.
  • Prepares and updates contracts to existing and new suppliers.
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information.
  • Attends section meetings.
  • Responsible for the documentation and implementation of the established Quality Management System (QMS) standard.
  • Maintains and keeps supporting documents and all working papers.
  • Performs other duties as maybe assigned from time to time.
