Role Description
This is a full-time Assistant Restaurant Manager role located in Iloilo. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff hiring and training, and maintaining high standards of food & beverage service.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Hiring and Communication
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage industry
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Previous experience in restaurant management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
