Position: Purchasing Officer

Location: Palmas Del Mar Resort Hotel – Bacolod City

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.

Work Experience:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management.
  • Experience in the hospitality or manufacturing industry is an advantage.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of purchasing procedures, supplier evaluation, and price analysis.
  • Familiar with purchase order preparation, quotation requests, and vendor coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and/or procurement software.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple supplier relationships efficiently.

Personal Attributes:

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
  • Demonstrates honesty and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Shows initiative and sound judgment in dealing with suppliers and procurement decisions.
  • Capable of working independently and performing well under pressure.

Other Requirements:

  • Willing to work on-site and flexible with work schedules as needed.
  • Must possess good moral character and excellent interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
