Position: Purchasing Officer
Location: Palmas Del Mar Resort Hotel – Bacolod City
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
Work Experience:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management.
- Experience in the hospitality or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of purchasing procedures, supplier evaluation, and price analysis.
- Familiar with purchase order preparation, quotation requests, and vendor coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and/or procurement software.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple supplier relationships efficiently.
Personal Attributes:
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
- Demonstrates honesty and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Shows initiative and sound judgment in dealing with suppliers and procurement decisions.
- Capable of working independently and performing well under pressure.
Other Requirements:
- Willing to work on-site and flexible with work schedules as needed.
- Must possess good moral character and excellent interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
