QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed at least Vocational Diploma/Short course certificate, and/or bachelor's/college degree
  • With at least 6 months experience in an table service set up
  • Knowledge in Customer Service Sequence
  • Familiar in using POS machine

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Follow Customer Service Sequence
  • Cooperate and communicate with all restaurant staff
  • Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
  • Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
  • May handle different FOH station tasks, as required
  • Performs other related duties and function assigned by his/her superior

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php695.00 per day
