The opportunity

ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Dining Staff to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a Dining Staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the smooth operation of our dining establishment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Welcoming and greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Assisting with serving food and beverages to customers
  3. Ensuring tables are set and presented to high standards
  4. Clearing and cleaning tables promptly after use
  5. Restocking and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area
  6. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
  7. Adhering to health, safety and hygiene regulations at all times
  8. Collaborating with the kitchen and management team to ensure efficient, smooth dining operations

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing dining or hospitality role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
  3. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
  4. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends and holidays
  5. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  6. Ability to work well as part of a team
