We are looking for a remote Global HRIS Specialist to help us elevate how we manage, connect, and care for our people worldwide. In this role, you'll own our HR systems, ensure data accuracy across regions, and partner with People, Finance, and IT teams to create seamless, data-driven experiences that empower our employees and support our global growth. What you'll be working on:

• Own and optimize the global HRIS — managing configuration, integrations, permissions, and automations to ensure accurate data and seamless user experience.
• Set up and maintain core HRIS processes (onboarding, offboarding, performance, compensation, surveys) with focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Drive continuous system improvement through feature rollouts, process automation, and global enhancements.
• Partner with Finance and Payroll to validate and reconcile employee data across countries before each payroll cycle.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA) via regular audits and governance controls.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decisions.
• Provide timely HRIS support, documentation, and process guidance.
• Stay up to date on HR tech trends and recommend system improvements.
  

What we expect from you:

• 3–4 years of HRIS experience in a global environment.
• Proven experience in administering and automating workflows within an HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, HiBob, or similar).
• Strong understanding of HR data structures, process automation, and system integrations.
• Solid knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive — able to identify issues and suggest improvements independently.
• Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written);
• Able to communicate complex information clearly and empathetically.
• Experience in a growing technology company environment is a plus.
• The desire to join a growing People team and have an impact.
