About the role The role will be responsible for maintaining and administering the Deltek Vantagepoint system and other relevant Human Capital systems and integrations. What you'll be doing Manage user roles and permissions to ensure proper system security and compliance. Perform employee-related system transactions including new hires, manager changes, terminations, leave entries, and other updates. Conduct regular system and data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity across employee records. Perform analysis on HR data and system processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Reconcile submitted leaves, timesheets, and leave balances for accuracy and consistency. Validate questionable information by coordinating with requestors, Human Capital, and other relevant stakeholders. Maintain the confidentiality and security of employee data in line with company policy and data privacy regulations. Monitor and resolve system issues in a timely manner, escalating to IT or vendors when necessary. Support testing, validation, and deployment of system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Support and monitor data integrations between HRIS and other systems (payroll, timekeeping, finance, and learning systems). Build, generate, and maintain ad hoc and automated reports to support business needs. Propose and recommend automation initiatives and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Develop, update, and maintain process documentation for reference, compliance, and training. Partner with HR, IT, and vendors on HRIS-related projects, including new system implementations and process automation. Provide training and guidance to HR users and employees on system functionalities and processes. Ensure HRIS practices comply with internal policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations. What we're looking for Bachelor's Degree 5–7 years of experience in HRIS administration or HR operations. Hands‑on experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar HRIS/ERP systems (preferred). Strong skills in data management, reporting, and system transactions. Good understanding of data privacy regulations and HR processes. Analytical and detail‑oriented, with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Customer‑oriented with good people skills. Collaborative and able to work effectively with HR, IT, vendors, and employees. Process‑oriented with the ability to suggest automation and process improvements. Familiarity with system testing, upgrades, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Knowledge of system integrations (payroll, timekeeping, finance, learning systems) is an advantage.
