The industry experience of the office includes Online Marketing Platforms, Beauty and Skincare, IT services and solutions, HR Digital Solutions, Business Process Outsourcing (BPOs), Internet Services, Banks and Non-Banking Financial Institutions, Insurance, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Public Transportation, Trucking, Food and Beverages, Clothing, and Social Media Marketing and Content Creation/Social Media Influencers.
Responsibilities:
1. Create content for legal education and legal marketing;
2. Research of relevant legal development news, trends, and other viral issues that may be subject of content for legal education and information
3. Prepare posters, videos, photos, and other digital materials for content creation
4. Prepare marketing and sales materials;
5. Organize, file, and maintain client files, legal documents, contracts, and case files; (both physical and electronic).
6. Ensure that documents are properly prepared, signed, and filed with courts or other legal entities;
7. Assist with preparing legal documents and correspondence, including letters, petitions, and motions;
8. Order office supplies and maintain inventory;
9. Ensure the office environment is organized and functional, including managing the office equipment and coordinating maintenance or repairs;
10. Handle mail sorting and distribution within the office;
11. Provide Admin assistance in notarizing documents for clients
12. Ensure timely and proper recording of notarial details
13. Notarization and mailing of pleadings and other correspondences;
14. Manage timesheets and operating hours of the office and vacation requests for the legal staff;
15. Research of laws, jurisprudence, articles, and journals;
16. Appear in BIR, Local Government, Register of Deeds, PSA, Courts, IPO, and other government agencies to file pleadings, letters, requests, other correspondence, and to discuss client's concerns and other needed details or matters for clients.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, Youtube, and video editing tools
- Must have excellent video editing skills
- Attention to detail is a must as the position requires a review of legal documents and commercial contracts
- Must be familiar and knowledgeable of the mechanics of social media, such as Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube and Instagram
- Willing to work in a flexible working arrangement and to travel within Metro Manila, Bulacan, Laguna, Cavite, and Rizal or reimbursement of gas and toll fee/Grab/Angkas)
- Background in Marketing and Sales work is an advantage but is not a requirement
- At least High School graduate
- Open to working students
On-site parking for motorcycle is available.
Open for full-time/part-time (Morning Shift/Afternoon Shift)
Salary will depend on experience, skills, and educational attainment.
