Job Description:

We are hiring Back Office Associates to provide essential support in processing, organizing, and managing data and administrative tasks. This role is focused on ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth internal operations, without direct interaction with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately encode and update data into company systems.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and records.
  • Verify information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Support administrative and clerical tasks assigned by the team.
  • Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to complete back-end processes.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School (Old Curriculum) or Senior High Graduate.
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
