DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A. EVENT PLANNING AND EXECUTION

Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to plan and execute marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, workshops, and promotional events. This includes budgeting, vendor management, logistics, and on-site management.

B. DSIPLAY DESIGN AND PRODUCTION

Designing and overseeing the production of engaging and effective virtual displays, such as trade show booths, in-store displays, promotional displays. This may involve working with graphic designers, printers, and other vendors.

C. MARKETING MATERIALS DEVELOPMENT

Creating marketing materials to support events and displays, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital contents. This often requires strong writing and design skills or collaboration with the marketing team.

D. PRE- AND POST- EVENT MARKETING

Digital marketing, social media, and email campaigns,

E. LEAD GENERATION AND TRACKING

Implementing strategies to capture leads at events and through displays, and tracking key metrics to measure effectiveness of marketing efforts.

F. BUDGET MANAGEMENT

Managing the budget for events and displays, ensuring that expenses are controlled and ROI is maximized.

G. VENDOR MANAGEMENT

Selecting and managing relationship with vendors involved in event planning, display production, and marketing material creation.

H. COLLABORATION

Working closely with other members of the marketing team, sales team, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.

JOB SPECIFICATION

- Bachelor's degree in marketing communications, or a related field is preferred. Experience may substitute for formal education.
