QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a Graduate of any Engineering Course (preferably BS Industrial Engineering)
  • Must have at least 3 years of work experience in Manufacturing Industry

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Supervise and monitor daily activities and accomplishments of subordinates.
  • Manage, develop and motivate direct reporting Staff and Jr. Staff
  • Monitor, measure and report process performance and general issues
  • Make appropriate decisions while following the company policy and organizational structure
  • Undertake full responsibility in the absence of Manger, especially in handling abnormalities and decision making based on set company rules/standards
  • Determine the need to establish new/revise/obsolete document of each identified process.
  • Review and establish Work Instructions, Guidelines and other related documents for the improvement of process
  • Supervise activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinates.
  • Evaluate performance of subordinates for employment status, appraisal and promotion purposes
  • Ensure that tasks of subordinates are carried out efficiently and documents are maintained accurately and in accordance with standards
  • Develop activity or project that may contribute to the performance of the group
  • Promote continuous improvement to achieve plans for future growth within the company
  • Conduct weekly review of Production Plan to have advance computation and planning of manpower and working time based on target efficiency
  • Helps Staff to navigate and resolve issues, loss and downtime and coordinate alternate method
  • Conduct coaching, counselling and disciplining members
  • Maintain health and safety of work environment by promoting health and safety-related policies.
