Job Description:

Organize personnel to carry out production tasks, assist superiors to control daily production progress and deal with related anomalies, and ensure that production capacity meets the production plan.

Responsibilities:

1) Production line personnel training skills improvement

    1. Prepare training materials for existing staff
  • Conduct course training for production line management personnel (shift leader level)
  • Formulate KPI performance assessment indicators for production line management personnel (shift leader level), assess the performance achievement rate of subordinates every month, and submit the detailed performance assessment score sheet to the Human Resources Department

2) Monitor daily production to meet the plan

    1. Achievement of production plan: According to the MES capacity data, analyze the daily achievement, sort out the personnel shortage in the production process, equipment, material and other abnormalities, and cooperate with the planning department to review the reasons and improve the problems until the problems are closed
  • No planned review: study with the planning department on the production loss and formulate remedial measures, and supervise the implementation
  • Work order completion monitoring: Monitor work orders with overdue risk (N+3 rule), track the progress of closure and confirm the results.

3) Production line work order material management

  • Follow up the material requisition progress according to the planned production schedule, check and confirm with the warehouse to ensure that materials are complete and put on line.
  • Control and treatment of defective products: collect the materials judged as defective by QC, print out the return order and return label, and return them to the warehouse with the actual goods for material replacement;
  • Visualization management: Set up material identification and regional identification according to the status of materials, control and manage according to work orders, and arrange special personnel to carry out daily inventory.

4) Work order cost control

  • Daily work order production
  • Work order over-consumption control
  • Single unit monitoring of work orders
  • Implementation of energy saving and emission reduction

5) Formulate and implement work plan and system

    1. Participate in the formulation of operation-related management systems and documents of the department, and continue to revise and improve them;
  • Cooperate with superiors to complete the introduction and implementation of document management system;
  • Formulated the monthly work plan of the department and led the department to implement and achieve the plan.
