A leading local bank is seeking a results-driven and client-focused Relationship Manager for Private Wealth to lead the growth and management of its High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) portfolio. The role requires a professional who can combine strategic business development with personalized client advisory, ensuring each relationship contributes to both client success and the banks long-term profitability.
The Relationship Manager will design and execute strategies to strengthen the Private Wealth business, drive portfolio growth, and enhance client engagement. The role involves deepening client relationships, identifying investment opportunities, and delivering holistic financial solutions that align with the banks goals and the clients financial objectives.
Responsibilities- Formulate and execute a Private Wealth strategy that aligns with the banks growth, profitability, and client engagement objectives.
- Manage and expand relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) by understanding their investment goals, risk appetite, and financial aspirations.
- Provide strategic investment advice and design wealth management solutions tailored to client needs.
- Lead the sales team in identifying new prospects and executing client acquisition programs to grow the Private Wealth portfolio.
- Represent the bank in key client interactions such as marketing calls, joint visits, investor briefings, and other relationship-building activities.
- Support capability-building initiatives to enhance advisory expertise and sales performance.
- Foster strong collaboration with internal partners to maximize cross-selling opportunities and ensure excellent client service delivery.
- Promote the banks customer experience promise, ensuring all client interactions reflect the banks commitment to trust, professionalism, and excellence.
- Bachelors degree or completion of a four- or five-year course in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Relationship Management roles focusing on investments and business development.
- Proven expertise in managing High Net Worth clients, with a strong understanding of their unique wealth management needs.
- Solid understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative financial solutions and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound, timely decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building lasting trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and adept at working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
