Job Overview:

The Relationship Manager will lead strategic engagements with telecommunications and service provider clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and driving business growth through collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in telco and service provider accounts.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.

2. Strategic Account Development

  • Understand the business models, challenges, and growth opportunities of telco clients.

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals and industry trends.

3. Solution Alignment

  • Work closely with Technical Sales and Presales teams to craft tailored solutions that address client needs.

  • Ensure proposed solutions are scalable, innovative, and aligned with telco-specific requirements.

4. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.

  • Facilitate regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients and internal stakeholders.

5. Performance & Growth Metrics

  • Drive revenue growth and client retention through proactive relationship management.

  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction, account health, and business impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies, trends, and business models.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Can manage complex accounts and driving business growth.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge in OSS/BSS, network infrastructure, or cloud-based telco solutions.

  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and solution selling methodologies.

  • Ability to navigate large organizations and influence decision-makers.
