Work Location: ADB Office Mandaluyong

Shift: Day shift (8am – 5pm)

Work Set-up: Hybrid (3x reporting on site per week)

Salary range: 140K - 160K

ABOUT THE ROLE:

To successfully implement IT Department (ITD) projects by ensuring delivery within the agreed scope, budget, and timeline including the monitoring of its overall progress and status.To work closely with the Program Manager (PgM) or Product Manager (PdM) in overseeing adoption and change, procurement, and vendor management.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:


• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related fields; and


• 8+ years of Project Management experience demonstrated by a proven track record of success in managing complex IT programs and projects related to delivering either software or IT infrastructure/network solutions (with working experience in using "agile" methods in delivering IT solutions) from initiation to completion.

PROJECT TOOLS


• Proficient in project management software (preferably MS Project or Project Online) is a plus


• Proficient in MS Teams, and O365 (including SharePoint).

CERTIFICATION:


• May either be MSP, PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or CITPM certified


• PMI-ACP, PSM/CSM, DA, SaFE, or ITIL-related certifications are good to have.
