Your Role

The
Product Officer
is responsible for portfolio and campaign management of existing liabilities products and services, including development of support resources such as campaign documentation, briefing material and performance analysis of each liabilities campaign/program implemented. Additionally, the incumbent will assist the Product Manager in crafting marketing strategy by spotting new opportunities and areas of growth with an end goal of increasing volume, revenue and profitability.

How you can contribute

  • Assisting in Planning and developing of marketing programs/campaigns for liabilities (Acquisition, Usage, Retention)
  • Prepare budget and break-even analysis on the campaign/program
  • Develop campaign/program timeline and launch dates
  • Request for approval of the campaign in the appropriate committee. If necessary
  • Assist the product manager in execution of programs/campaign in coordination with Corporate affairs or other relevant business units
  • Solicit from internal customers information on the needs of external clients
  • Gets feedback on the past and existing campaigns by use of surveys, sales evaluation and other tools
  • Conduct competitive market scanning and research on liabilities products and services via attending seminars, monitoring competitor's product and strategy and industry trends
  • Ensure compliance and operational risk management requirements based on the policies and framework set by the bank and regulators are adhere to.

Your Profile

  • A graduate of any bachelors degree from a reputable university
  • At least 2 year experience in campaign/product management
  • Must have 1 year experience in portfolio management and liabilities products
  • With excellent communication skills both oral and written
