Key Responsibilities

Store Marketing & Optimization

  • Lead homepage layout design & refresh, ensuring strong branding and conversion-focused placements.
  • Optimize PDP layout, key visual hierarchy, product titles, claims, and review leverage.
  • Manage and grow marketing accounts to strengthen brand presence.

Paid Ads & CPAS

  • Daily monitor and optimize CPAS, adjusting creatives, audiences, and copy based on performance trends.
  • Coordinate with designers and external teams to produce ads, banners, videos, ensuring clear messaging and high CTR.
  • Build creative testing frameworks and performance dashboards.

Marketing Effectiveness

  • Work closely with EC Ops, Campaign Teams, and Growth Strategy to improve the efficiency of traffic, content performance, and conversion.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years experience in E-commerce Marketing, Growth, or Digital Advertising.
  • Strong aesthetic sense + data-driven judgment on what converts.
  • Hands-on experience with CPAS, ads, or performance marketing is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel; basic SQL is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Shopee/Lazada marketing tools and store mechanics.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of driving cross-functional execution with designers and media teams.
