Job description:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources (e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, Google Analytics) to identify trends, opportunities, and inefficiencies.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across systems for accurate reporting and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on revenue and cost performance, member segments/behavior, promotions, inventory.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to guide strategy, operational improvements, and digital investments.
  • Translate complex data into executive summaries and strategic briefs for the Business Development Manager and E-Commerce leadership.
  • Evaluate the financial impact of digital initiatives, campaigns, and partnerships through ROI, breakeven/cost-benefit, and profitability analyses.
  • Collaborate with Accounting/Audit to align e-commerce growth with margin targets and cost-efficiency goals.
  • Support the preparation of business cases for new revenue streams, services, or technology investments.
  • Partner with IT and E-Commerce teams to implement and optimize analytics tools and system integrations.

Job qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems.
  • Must have 2–4 years in data analysis or data management within an E-Commerce or retail environment.
  • Skills-related certifications are highly valued as they demonstrate specific, practical skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Technical Proficiency in SQL, Data Visualization, Web Analytics, Power BI, Microsoft
  • This is a full-time, on-site position. must willing to remote in flexible working hours.
