Job description:

Responsibilities:

1.Financial Accounting & Reporting

  • Handle daily accounting operations, review and prepare accounting vouchers to ensure accuracy and consistency;
  • Independently prepare financial statements and related management reports, and submit them on time;
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing tasks.

2.Budgeting & Cost Management

  • Participate in the preparation, execution, and analysis of the annual budget;
  • Monitor departmental expenses, perform variance analysis, and provide optimization suggestions;
  • Assist in cost accounting and expense control initiatives.

3.Taxation & Compliance

  • Responsible for tax filing, invoice management, and supporting tax inspections;
  • Keep updated with the latest tax policies, conduct tax planning and compliance reviews;
  • Assist with audits and liaise with authorities such as industry regulators, banks, and other external parties.

4.Internal Control & Process Optimization

  • Implement and improve internal control systems to ensure compliance and risk management;
  • Provide suggestions for process optimization to improve financial efficiency;
  • Support superior leaders in special financial analysis and project-related tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related majors;
  • 3years or more of finance experience, preferably in medium to large enterprises;
  • Solid knowledge of accounting standards and relevant tax laws/regulations, with strong accounting skills;
  • Intermediate Accountant Certificate is a plus;
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications;
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong communication, coordination, and stress management skills.
