What You'll Do

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Buying and Planning teams, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks across the product lifecycle.
  • Manage store email queries and maintain seasonal buy files, ensuring product and pricing data is accurate and up to date across systems.
  • Upload and manage product, pricing, and drop information to support weekly and monthly trade activity.
  • Prepare and support weekly trade and production reporting, including documentation for trade meetings.
  • Assist with planning activities such as size curves, stock transfers, data investigation, and ad hoc reporting.
  • Coordinate with Retail, Marketing, Planning, eCommerce, warehouses, and couriers to support product launches, stock movements, registrations, imagery reviews, and delivery queries.
  • Provide general administrative support across seasonal workflows and ad hoc projects as required.

Key Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years' experience in a similar buying or merchandise admin role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage data entry, reporting, and multiple priorities independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to create Pivot charts and use Lookup functions.
  • Confident English communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Agile, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment, with a proactive, can-do approach and resilience under pressure.
  • Genuine passion for fashion and retail, with industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to tools such as Style Arcade, Canva, or ERP systems (e.g. AP21) is advantageous.

Work Setup:

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PHT) with a full onsite set up.
