JOB DESCRIPTION

Ecommerce Merchandiser (Shopify) – Remote (Philippines)

OutForce BPO is hiring a full-time Ecommerce Merchandiser to manage and grow our Shopify store. You'll own day-to-day ecommerce merchandising, improve the customer journey, analyse performance, and help shape future collections using data-driven insights. You'll also support light customer service and admin tasks to keep the store running smoothly in a small, fast-growing team.

What you'll do
  • Own day-to-day merchandising and trading on our Shopify store (products, collections, onsite merchandising)
  • Optimise the customer journey to improve conversion and overall site experience
  • Analyse performance: daily/weekly KPIs, sell-through, best sellers, slow movers, customer behaviour
  • Make clear commercial recommendations (product focus, pricing, promotions, assortment)
  • Support collection planning with insights from trading performance and customer trends
  • Produce monthly trade reports with actions, priorities, and results tracking
  • Support communication with wholesale clients (updates, product info, coordination)
  • Provide light customer service support (responding to enquiries, order/shipping questions, returns support – following templates/process)
  • Assist with general admin (updating product info, coordinating with suppliers/warehouse/3PL, maintaining trackers, basic inbox management as needed)
What we're looking for
  • Strong hands-on experience with Shopify
  • Confident with ecommerce analytics and reporting (Shopify Analytics, GA4, spreadsheets)
  • Experience in ecommerce merchandising/trading (fashion or lifestyle strongly preferred)
  • Strong written English and ability to present insights simply and clearly
  • Organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Good understanding of brand tone, style, and customer demographic
  • Comfortable handling occasional customer queries and operational follow-ups
Role details
  • Full-time: 40 hours/week
  • Remote: Philippines-based
  • Working style: async-friendly with regular check-ins (UK/PH time overlap as needed)
