The E-Game Content Specialist/Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding talented e-game hosts and reputable agencies in line with our independent policies and standards. This role requires deep knowledge of the e-gaming industry, strong networking skills, and the ability to establish long-term partnerships with content creators and agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, approach, and recruit e-game hosts and agencies that align with company objectives and independent policy guidelines.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to ensure new recruits fully understand the application's policies, procedures, and performance expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hosts, agencies, and other stakeholders in the e-gaming industry.
  • Monitor the performance of recruited hosts and agencies to ensure compliance with platform rules and quality standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive platforms, and emerging e-gaming talent.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create strategies for talent acquisition and retention.
  • Provide regular recruitment progress reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in e-gaming, livestream recruitment, or influencer management.
  • Strong understanding of e-gaming content, platforms, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment pipelines.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
