We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected MCN (Multi-Channel Network) Specialist to recruit top-performing hosts and live streamers across various livestreaming platforms. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with talent, onboarding them to our platform, and conducting orientations to ensure they fully understand our application's policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, source, and recruit top hosts and live streamers from different livestreaming applications.
  • Build and maintain strong connections within the livestreaming and influencer community.
  • Conduct orientations and onboarding sessions to explain our platform's policies, guidelines, and earning potential.
  • Present the benefits of joining our platform to prospective talents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of recruited hosts.
  • Monitor talent performance and provide continuous support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, top talent movements, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in MCN operations, or influencer recruitment, preferably in the livestreaming or entertainment industry.
  • Strong network of connections with high-performing hosts and live streamers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
  • Good understanding of livestreaming culture, trends, and platform monetization models.
