We are seeking a highly driven
Senior Associate
to join our Corporate Finance & Advisory team. This role is designed for a professional with proven experience in capital raising, deal structuring, and strategic financial advisory. The Senior Associate will lead client engagements, manage fundraising transactions, and play a pivotal role in building scalable systems that enhance firm operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Advisory:
    Deliver end-to-end strategic finance and advisory services across multiple industries, including the building and maintenance of complex financial models to support valuations, scenario planning, and decision-making.
  • Capital Raising:
    Lead equity and debt fundraising initiatives across SMEs and growth-stage businesses, from financial modeling and valuation to investor presentations and negotiations.
  • Deal Structuring:
    Secure financing facilities (equity and debt) by managing lender relationships, preparing bank-required submissions, and structuring credit lines and term loans.
  • Business Development:
    Drive firm-wide growth by maintaining a structured sales pipeline, client qualification criteria, and conversion frameworks; actively participate in pitch meetings and deal closures.
  • Leadership & Team Development:
    Manage and mentor analysts, overseeing hiring, training, and performance-based incentive programs to build a high-performing team.
  • Operational Systems:
    Standardize workflows and SOPs to improve efficiency, accountability, and scalability across engagements and internal processes.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree or MBA is a plus).
  • Experience:
    At least
    4–6 years of progressive experience
    in corporate finance, financial advisory, investment banking, or consulting. Prior experience in a startup or boutique investment firm is a plus.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Strong command of
    financial modeling, valuations (DCF, Comps, LBO, SOTP), and investment analysis
    .

  • Demonstrated track record of managing
    capital raising transactions
    (both equity and debt).

  • Leadership Skills:
    Experience leading teams, mentoring junior staff, and building performance systems.

  • Client-Facing Skills:
    Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills with both executives and investors.
  • Other Attributes:
    Strong project management ability, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
