What We're Looking For:

We're on the lookout for a Finance Associate
who's ready to bring precision, reliability, and drive to a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and accounting software
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will be:

1) Sales Recording, Processing and Monitoring:

• Input and organize sales invoices and receipts.
• Extract and process sales data for invoicing, reconciliation and reporting.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of data for consolidated, brand and department reporting.

2) Petty Cash and Expense Monitoring:

• Record petty cash disbursements and replenishments.
• Maintain accurate transaction records with complete documentation.

3) Financial Reporting and Operations Support:

• Maintain accurate classification and organized records of transactions and supporting documents.
• Help manage and update fixed asset register; track movements, depreciation and tagging.
• Support finance team in month-end closing.
• Assist in cash monitoring and tracking inflows/outflows for cash flow visibility.
• Consolidate sales and inventory data to help with demand planning.

4) Post-Audit and Marketing Support:

• Conduct post-audit of marketing events.
• Validate expense reports.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales for complete and timely submissions.

5) Government Compliance and Internal Controls

• Support compliance with government regulations, including timely filing of VAT and other statutory reports.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with audit requirements by providing complete and accurate documentation.
• Safeguard the confidentiality of financial records and vendor information.

6) System and Process Support:

• Maintain clean and updated master data in the accounting system.
• Support accounting system upgrades through testing, documentation, and data cleanup.
• Identify recurring accounting and finance workflow issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with process documentation, team training, and ad hoc financial reporting requests.
