Corporate Services Manager

About the Role
Xpress is expanding fast across mobility, logistics, and fintech. We need a strong Corporate Services Manager to run the backbone of the company - HR operations, admin, compliance, procurement governance, and corporate housekeeping - while supporting the Chief of Staff and CEO in maintaining discipline across the organization.
This role ensures the company stays compliant, organized, audit-ready, and operationally tight. You will manage day-to-day corporate services while contributing to higher-level policy updates and HR framework development as the company scales.
You will work closely with the Chief of Staff, Finance, Operations, and department heads.
Key Responsibilities
1) HR & People Operations
- Manage recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding processes, and employee records.
- Run payroll coordination with Finance, including attendance validation and compliance checks.
- Help design and implement HR frameworks (performance management, compensation structure, discipline processes) with guidance from leadership.
- Maintain HR policies and ensure version-controlled documentation is up to date.
2) Corporate Governance & Compliance
- Maintain and execute the DOLE, SEC, BIR, and LGU compliance calendar.
- Prepare, update, and circulate corporate SOPs, policy documents, and manuals.
- Ensure all corporate filings, permits, and renewals are completed on time.
- Maintain a clean, audit-ready repository of documents and compliance evidence.
3) Administration & MANCOM Support
- Coordinate MANCOM logistics (scheduling, agendas, pre-reads, minutes, action items).
- Maintain department trackers, documentation, and follow-up systems to ensure alignment.
- Oversee company-wide administrative functions, including supplies, utilities, and asset records.
- Procurement & Vendor Governance
- Manage supplier vetting, documentation, negotiation support, and onboarding.
- Run procurement governance (quotations, approvals, POs, vendor renewal calendar).
- Coordinate with Finance on budget alignment and payment processing requirements.
4) Facilities & Office/Depot Coordination
- Oversee office and depot facilities, including leases, utilities, safety, and maintenance.
- Manage contractor and vendor relationships for office/depot operations.
- Ensure workspaces, meeting rooms, and administrative areas operate efficiently.
- Working closely with the Depots Head
What Success Looks Like
- All corporate compliance is always on time, clean, and audit-ready.
- HR and Admin operations run smoothly with minimal oversight.
- MANCOM materials, minutes, and follow-ups are consistently organized and on time.
- Procurement and supplier processes are structured, transparent, and well-documented.
- Offices and depots operate professionally, safely, and without chaos.
- Company policies, employee records, and corporate permits are complete and current.
Qualifications
- 6–10 years experience in HR/Admin/Compliance or Corporate Services roles.
- Strong familiarity with DOLE, BIR, SEC, and LGU requirements.
- Experience creating or updating HR frameworks, policies, or SOPs.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with senior leadership.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with documentation.
- Able to manage multiple workstreams without losing structure.
