Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-7 years of experience in operations management within the BPO industry.
  • Proven track record in managing teams and driving operational performance.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve targets and improve performance.
  • In-depth knowledge of BPO processes, metrics, and best practices.
  • Experience with quality assurance, process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean), and performance management.
  • Proficiency in using operational reporting tools and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishes and implements short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates programmatic and operational effectiveness, and effects changes required for improvement.
  • Maintains cordial and effective working relations with external clients and serves as the primary interface for clients and translates requirements into action plans for the program.
  • Managing, coaching and mentoring Team Leaders within their umbrella.
  • To proactively maintain regular engagement with key client contacts in line with client expectations.
  • To have a well-defined communication and engagement model in place to ensure all teams understand the performance of the business and also that they understand the needs of their teams.
  • Responsibility and accountability for the operational performance of the client areas and for exceeding targets of all required metrics.
  • Achieving productivity and quality targets, including attendance and attrition.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
