Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant will perform administrative tasks. The secretary is responsible for answering phone calls from the doctors, responding to emails, and organizing schedule, must be able to multitask and has interpersonal skills as well as administrative experience.

Must have Core Skills:

  • Office software: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Google Workspace
  • Record keeping & filing (digital and physical)
  • Document preparation: letters, minutes of meetings, memos, simple reports
  • Calendar management & scheduling
  • Basic bookkeeping (petty cash, simple invoices, expense tracking)
  • Telephone & front desk etiquette

Professional Skills:

• Attention to detail → ensures documents, schedules, and records are accurate.

• Time management → juggles multiple tasks efficiently.

• Organization → keeps files, schedules, and information structured.

• Communication skills → polite, professional, and clear in written/verbal exchanges. Comfortable speaking and writing in English

Pay: Php Php750.00 per day
