Store Audito
r aims to support the company's expansion by evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives in enhancing workers' skill sets and boost output and efficiency.

SCOPE OF WORK:

  • Conduct audit objectively as scheduled and discuss deviations to store leads confidently.
  • Provide feedback to store leads in a professional manner.
  • Impart recommendations and proper guidance for improvement.
  • Render coaching and mentoring to improve the knowledge and skills of employees.
  • Closely monitor the corrective and preventive action plans of store leads.
  • Recommend and check the issuance of the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) for repetitive deviations of certain personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS Food Science and Technology or BS Food Technology.
  • At least 6 months or 1 year of experience in any food industry.
  • Must be knowledgeable on Store operations (FOH & BOH)
  • Can evaluate the effectiveness of training and is keen on details.
