We're looking for a detail-oriented Internal Audit Staff to join our team at Golden Donuts, Inc. (Dunkin' PH). This role plays a key part in ensuring our company's operations, financial transactions, and internal processes comply with established policies and standards. You will help safeguard company assets, support process improvements, and contribute to the integrity of our operations.

Job Description

  • Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits for stores and departments based on the approved audit plan.
  • Review documents, reports, and transactions to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Assist in evaluating internal controls and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Prepare audit working papers and reports for review by the Audit Supervisor or Manager.
  • Perform store visits for cash counts, inventory audits, and compliance checks.
  • Monitor implementation of corrective actions from audit findings.
  • Participate in special reviews or investigations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, or any related business course.
  • CPA license is an advantage but not required.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in auditing or accounting preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Willing to travel for store audits and fieldwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23, Php28,000.00 per month
