Content Producer

We're seeking a talented and proactive Content Producer to join our remote team in the Philippines. This is a remote role based in the Philippines, reporting to our Sydney office, and perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.

You'll write and manage content across formats—from landing pages and EDMs to display ads, social copy, and long-form articles—supporting campaigns for clients in sectors like technology, professional services, B2B, and education.

This is a great fit for someone with 2–3 years of experience in a creative or content agency, who's comfortable switching between formats, writing with purpose, and working collaboratively with strategists, editors, and designers. You'll play a key role in helping our clients deliver meaningful, measurable content experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread high-quality, engaging content in a variety of formats—including LinkedIn ads, Google Display Network assets, infographics, EDMs, landing pages, and long-form editorial pieces.
• Ideation & Campaign Support: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and collaborate with strategists and creatives to plan and deliver content that aligns with marketing and business goals.
• Editorial Excellence: Apply strong editorial judgement to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all written outputs.
• SEO Integration: Optimise written content for search visibility using SEO best practices and keyword research.
• Performance-Aware Content: Understand how different types of content perform across channels and how to adjust writing styles and formats to meet objectives.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with Content Leads, Content Managers, and designers to ensure brand tone, message hierarchy, and visual integration are aligned.
• Multitasking & Delivery: Balance multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and a high level of polish.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Media, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years' experience writing and producing content, preferably within a content, digital, or creative agency environment.
• Writing Ability: A proven track record of writing compelling copy for digital channels, with the ability to shift tone across formats and audiences.
• Technical Fluency:
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and content formats (especially LinkedIn Ads, Google Display Network, SEO and EDMs)
• Familiarity with content performance tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Comfortable working in CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress)
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (basic level for layout and design collaboration)
• Soft Skills: Highly organised, deadline-driven, and adaptable — with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset in a remote work environment.
• Home Office Setup: Must have a reliable home office with high-speed internet to support remote collaboration and digital content production.
• Continuous Learning & Curiosity: Passion for staying up to date with evolving content formats, tools, distribution platforms, and storytelling techniques — always looking for smarter, sharper ways to create and deliver content.

Compensation & Perks:

• ₱30,000 – ₱40,000 per month, depending on experience
