Position Overview

The Organic Content Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company's organic content strategy across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation. This role will oversee content planning, creation, and performance tracking while ensuring consistency in brand voice and alignment with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive organic content strategy across social media, blogs, email newsletters, and community platforms.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent publishing and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to produce high-quality, engaging content.
  • Monitor social media trends, industry updates, and algorithm changes to optimize reach and performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on content performance using analytics tools, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity, tone, and objectives.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to audience interactions, and foster user-generated content.
  • Coordinate with the paid media team to ensure synergy between organic and paid content strategies.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark against best practices to improve content effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in content marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and social media algorithms.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and editing skills.
  • Proficiency with content scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms.
  • Experience managing content calendars and leading creative collaborations.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and apply data-driven improvements.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for producing engaging and value-driven content.

Job Type: Full-time
