We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Podcast Content Producer. In this role, you'll be responsible for editing long-form video podcast episodes, creating attention-grabbing clips, and managing clients to deliver top-quality content.


Key Responsibilities

1. Content Production

  • Edit long-form video podcast episodes, covering audio mastering, video editing, and removal of unwanted parts.
  • Transform long-form podcast conversations into short, engaging clips to drive audience interaction across various platforms.
  • Edit clips with attention to pacing, storytelling, and seamless transitions.
  • Incorporate appropriate music, graphics, and sound design to enhance the content.
  • Optimize clips for multiple social media formats.
  • Utilize graphics, colors, and subtitles that align with the client's podcast style and subject matter.

2. Account Management

  • Proactively communicate with clients to understand their content needs and preferences.
  • Guide clients through the post-production process from start to finish.
  • Provide expert advice on editing approaches that align with their podcast objectives and target audience.
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional services, such as branding, jingle creation, or content distribution.
  • Deliver edited materials promptly, ensuring quality and timeliness.

Requirements
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experienced in trailer/promotional video editing, with a strong portfolio to showcase.
  • 5+ years of experience in content creation.
  • Strong understanding of podcast content and audience engagement.
  • Ability to identify viral content from long-form videos.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage).
  • Solid grasp of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection for seamless editing of 4K files.
