Role Overview We’re looking for a Junior Creative Producer / Production Coordinator to join our production team. This role blends creativity with operational precision — ideal for someone who can turn client needs into compelling visual concepts while ensuring shoots run smoothly. You’ll play a key role in shaping creative direction, supporting production logistics, and ensuring flawless execution from concept to delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop moodboards and creative references tailored to client industries (hospitality, corporate, real estate, luxury, etc.). Assist in creating shot lists and timesheets in collaboration with photographers, videographers, and the Production Manager. Translate client calls into clear creative briefs and support execution from idea to delivery. Coordinate production logistics, including shoot organization, model coordination, locations, and scheduling. Ensure strong alignment and communication between creative, production, and sales teams. Stay up to date with industry trends, storytelling techniques, and visual references. Manage projects end-to-end, including supporting the sales team with quotations and creative input. Requirements Strong creative eye with the ability to translate ideas into moodboards and visual concepts. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). Basic knowledge of photography and videography workflows is a plus. Proficiency in design and presentation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar). Ability to work under tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
