BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
Compiles, sort and process data extracted from Netsuite to create storage withdrawal request and generate a consolidated report in support for the daily outbound operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 Data Consolidation (10 am and 2 pm cut off ordering schedules)
a. Extract data from the system (Netsuite)
b. Check availability of items
· Report to agents for shortages in order
· Revise orders confirmed by agents
c. Produce storage Withdrawal Request
d. Coordinate request to storage supervisor
e. Generate Truck by Client (TBC) report
f. Review
g. Check for data errors or duplicates
h. Check Slack messages for any cancellations
· Make all the necessary changes based on Slack messages
i. Provide operations hard copy (TBC) for the guidance in sorting per truck
j. Post data in Google sheets (Outbound worksheet) for data reconciliation.
k. Filing of reports.

2.2 Invoicing (Back up)
a. Collect data from operations (Breakdown and finished TBC)
b. Review reference numbers for items to be invoiced.
c. Printing of invoices
d. Routing of Invoices

2.3 Others
a. Encoding of daily transactions (Transfer slips/Inbound data)
b. Issuance of COMI (Certificate of Meat Inspection).
c. Encoding and filling of overtime of warehouse department to be submitted to HR.
d. Transmitting of DR, Return Slip, Transfer Slip, and Receiving Slip to another department.
e. Monitoring and updating of manual DR's.
f. Monitoring and creating Sales Invoice and Petdigao DR.
g. Requesting of weekly supplies to Admin Dept.
h. Issuance of provisional receipt and receiving of cash payment.
i. Transmitting of cash payment to collection department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least college level or graduate of any Associate course
  • Computer literate
  • Knowledgeable in using netsuite system is a plus
  • Can start ASAP
