Job Overview

Responsible for the Warehouse Management - Inventory, Returned Logistics, MHE’s, Safety, Facility, Inbound & Outbound, and Reworks.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Oversees the whole warehouse operations from receiving, put-away, and dispatching operations.
  2. Ensures warehouse operation safety by establishing controls and monitoring proper procedures.
  3. Leads special projects to improve and systemize operations, providing the best service to clients.
  4. Implements quality improvements and audit compliance based on internal and client requirements.
  5. Develops and plans processes to enhance overall warehouse operations.
  6. Coordinates with other departments to effectively implement daily operational tasks.
  7. Motivates, organizes, and encourages teamwork to achieve productivity targets.
  8. Collaborates with Inventory Management to meet Inventory KPIs.
  9. Investigates and resolves warehouse operation issues promptly.
  10. Ensures 100% inventory accuracy at all times.
  11. Implements best practices to prevent damage to boxes and products.
  12. Prepares manpower shifting schedules.
  13. Manages 3PL warehouse team.
  14. Leads, motivates, trains, coaches, and develops subordinates.
What our Client is Looking For:

(a) Education / Qualification:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Customs, Logistics, Transportation, Business Management, or equivalent.

(b) Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in international logistics and warehouse operations or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in 3PL warehouse setup.

(c) Skills:

  • Proficient in encoding and MS Office applications.
  • Knowledgeable in GWP, contract management, and inventory management.
  • Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., SAP, Cello).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
