Key Task Responsibilities:

  • Performs basis task, such as filling, data entry
  • Handles communication with clients via phone, email, and in person.
  • Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and deposit transactions.
  • Attachment of customer payment to their respective RWT Forms.
  • Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoice
  • Resolves collection by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line, coordinating contact with the collection department.
  • Responds to credit inquiries from external and internal clients.
  • Prepares and issuance statement of account as requested by clients and partners.
  • Prepares monthly sales summary and collectible reports
  • Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree BS Accountancy, Business Management Major in Finance Management or other related courses.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • With at least 1-2 years experience in Accounting is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with accounting software like SAP, or similar systems is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail.
  • With good communications skills.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
