DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Observe personal hygiene, sanitation, wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE), practice food safety standard and company rules.
  • Order, receive, open, store and replenish supplies of the stock room.
  • Monitor and prepare IN-OUT stocks inventory on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.
  • Check all the supplies (wet & dry), reports damage and loss, and replenish the shortage of the stock level.
  • Label stocks correctly according to: expiry dates etc.; attach price tag and maintain records of the same.
  • Handle a variety of goods – perishable and non-perishable using First In First Out procedure.
  • Submit report of receipts & inventory to the Head Cashier.
  • Ensures all pastry products passes through with stringent food safety standard like BFAD and similar agency, with expiry dates indicated and free from any foreign objects.
  • Coordinate religiously with the Accounting Head regarding records of product supplies for payment purposes.
  • Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, check delivery contents in order to verify product quality and quantity.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the stock room.
  • Keep knowledge of the prices of merchandise and shelf-life
  • Purchase or do open market of lacking stocks needed for rush function.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proficient in computer operations, including:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Internet research and data entry
  • Strong Typing Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills using digital platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
