LOCATION: Ortigas, Pasig (ONSITE)

POSITION: CSR US BILLING - Medical Representative

WORK SET-UP: Return To Office / Onsite

SCHEDULE: Shifting Schedule 24/7 Operation / Night shift

START DATE: Urgent / ASAP

(KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)

The role involves assisting providers and patients with billing inquiries, clarifying claim statuses, and ensuring accurate and timely resolution of billing issues.

(QUALIFICATIONS)

  • At least HS Graduate
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in CSR Inbound - US Billing
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge in interpreting Explanation of Benefits (EOB) is required.
  • Familiarity with medical claim forms such as CMS-1500 and UB-04 is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php33,000.00 per month
