Our expertise includes Drafting, Rendering, Estimating, Construction Administration, Loan Processing, IT, and Accounting services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage client phone calls and messages effectively and professionally
  • Book and upload jobs into the schedule in Servicem8 and Schedule Tracker
  • Answer phone calls and emails, greet clients/customers, and remind them of upcoming appointments
  • Organize workflow and appointments by checking, reading, and routing correspondence.
  • Collect customer information and manage assignments.
  • Maintain and update the field staff's calendar, arranging schedules and routes for each job
  • Coordinate with clients regarding regular schedules and any changes
  • Manage job scheduling, maintaining emails, and taking detailed notes.
  • Upload and book jobs from multiple portals.
  • Resolve any scheduling conflicts that may arise.
  • Keep track of Garden Mowing lists and ensure they are updated regularly.
  • Maintain a record of all jobs for the upcoming month.
  • Prepare a summary monthly report for the client.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
  • At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
  • Exceptional time management and verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Can work under minimum supervision.
  • Can work office based.
